Your Waste Collection, Made Simple

To help keep your property clean and support sustainable waste practices, we provide a reliable fortnightly collection service for all your bins.

• Week 1: General waste is collected.
• Week 2: Recycling and compost bins are collected.
• This easy-to-follow cycle then repeats every two weeks.

Your bin must be presented by 6am on the morning of your scheduled collection, ideally leave it out the night before.

We offer a weekly service just leave your bin out by 7am on the morning of your scheduled collection. We will collect recycling & compost bins on a fortnightly basis.

You can put any of the following into your brown bin including:

• Raw or cooked food
• Meat, poultry & fish, including bones
• Leftover food from your plate & dishes
• Fruit & vegetables
• Tea bags,

  coffee grinds & paper filters

• Breads, cakes & biscuits
• Rice, pasta & cereals
• Dairy products (cheese, butter, yoghurt)
• Soups & sauces
• Eggs, egg shells & cardboard egg boxes
• Food soiled paper napkins, paper towels & pizza boxes
• Newspaper (when used for wrapping food waste)
• Out of date food with packaging removed (no glass/plastic)

Grass clippings and small twigs can also be added to your large brown bin.

We take great care in how your waste is handled. All collected waste is transferred to licensed waste transfer facilities, where it is processed in line with the highest environmental standards.

Your bins should be delivered to you within 3-5 working days upon opening an account with us.

You will be charged 25c per kilo over your weight allowance on general waste. You can review your weights through the Advanced Waste App available on App Store or Google Play or through our Customer Online Portal.

If your recycling bin is contaminated your recycling bin will not be lifted by our collection staff. We will only arrange a further collection once the contaminated waste has been removed.
